Ar drothwy etholiad pwysig ym mis Mai 2007, nid oes unrhyw sustem neu platfform gwbl annibynnol er mwyn mynegi gwir ddyheadau gwleidyddol Cymry.

Indycymru Meeting & Workshop - Cardiff March 9th Friday 2007

The purpose of this meeting is to work towards establishing an independent media centre for Wales.

Held at Cardiff University. Room to be confirmed.

Registration required. There is limited seating.

Meeting/workshop room booked for between 12pm - 5pm

You may 'drop in' (and 'drop out') at different times if you wish.

  • Indycymru history, development - the process et al.
  • The Welsh Language perspective (currently awaiting confirmation of someone to make a short presentation on this)
  • The needs of small communities - y Fro Gymraeg (wedi hysbysu Cymuned)
  • Case Study : Hirwaun ? (Action for Hirwaun example?) Burberry ? (Darren)
  • Technical : software (opensource); server; costing 
             software - Blogging (it's the most talked about method of publishing nowadays... lessons ?)
            software - the CMS 'system'
  • Training issue : technical; general (media literacy)
